Shipping policy

We ship globally with DHL Express; we aim to pack and dispatch your order within 48 hours of the initial order.

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges and other fees imposed by the destination country or territory. Naturally Pure Products does not cover these costs, and they must be paid by the recipient.

If your country or territory has an authorised distributor, you must purchase directly from that distributor. Naturally Pure Products will not process direct orders from those locations.
