Ingredients: Proprietary blend of extracts (Citrus reticulata / Citrus aurantium), grape seed (Vitis vinifera), and pumpkin powder (Cucurbita maxima). Capsule shell: hypromellose (vegetarian).

Directions for Use Each pack contains 90 capsules. The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, taken 30 minutes before your first meal. Always follow the instructions given to you by your qualified practitioner.
